About Us

We're AZ Environmental Contracting and we've been a premier water and fire damage restoration service in Phoenix, AZ, since 2009. We specialize in water damage, asbestos abatement, and mold remediation. We also offer fire damage restoration, emergency temporary repairs, biohazard cleanup, floor installation, and more. Our team is highly trained and equipped to handle any project you might have, no matter how big or small! Our Story

Owner Bryan Swallow began working in the restoration industry in 2004 as a technician and worked his way up to management over the years. He started a training center in 2007 with his previous company and eventually founded AZ Environmental Contracting in 2009. We are a family-owned and operated business that is always looking to help our clients. Our customers can expect open communication with an honest and trustworthy crew to take care of their needs.

At AZ Environmental Contracting, we offer a wide range of restoration services. Since 2009, we’ve served thousands of residential and commercial properties to accomplish projects. AZ Environmental Contracting has the knowledge, experience, and ability to restore your home or business to fully functioning order. We specialize in fire and smoke damage restoration, mold remediation, trauma and bio-hazard cleanup (crime scene cleanup), and odor and asbestos abatement. We will respond to your water damage emergency 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

When my ROS system failed, filling my home with water, dangerous mold followed and my home became uninhabitable. Desperate, I contacted no less than 20 mold remedial companies. However, when I spoke to Bryan Swallow he immediately stood out from all the others as the most knowledgable and competent person in the field. He sent me many dozens of photos and videos and carefully explained how he going to eliminate the mold. He contacted me almost daily with information, updates and progress. Bryan and his crew worked continuously at my home. It wasn't until Bryan felt confident he HAD eliminated the mold spores that he advised me to get samples of my air tested by an independent third party. The tests resulted in a startling, drastic decline of Total Spores/M in my kitchen, the worst area, from 250,000 to 27 !!! I want to mention Bryan told me I should replace part of my duct system because it had become contaminated with mold. I thereafter hired an HVAC company for this job and an employee came to my house, represented he had completed the duct replacements and requested payment. Fortunately, Bryan was still working at my house, immediately sent me numerous photos of the duct system and alerted and warned me the HVAC employee had absolutely not replaced anything and was attempting to defraud me. Bryan's rapid intervention saved me hundreds of dollars. In sum, Bryan is the most ethical, conscientious, knowledgable, thorough contractor I have been fortunate to find. He's a rare find.
